Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in Florida. The staff (shoutout to Sophie) were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. The patio/pool were beautiful, and we saw an array of wildlife on the lake at night. (Herons, raccoon, a baby gator…) Room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent. If we are ever back in the area, this will be where we stay. Also, Please tell the resident cat we said “pspspspsps!”

I really can't speak high enough about this hotel. It is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The staff is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was so accommodating. Alyra started us off over the phone before we got there with great information and helping us set up a room that she felt we would enjoy. She was so helpful throughout our whole stay. After her was the assistant manager Sophie. Sophie also was so helpful and even assisted us on our next day there. I did say next stay there because we've already booked another stay there. The rest of the staff was just phenomenal. In the mornings everybody in the hotel said good morning. We had somebody help us bring our luggage up who was extremely helpful. I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. God must stay there because cleanliness is next to godliness and that place is clean. The restaurant has a fabulous staff and was so accommodating. I wish I could find something to say as a con for the place but there just isn't. Usually people don't believe you. If you have nothing bad to say. They say something's got to be wrong, but there wasn't. Everything worked in the room. They have the Keurig coffee pot which we love. They had nice showers. They supplied to Chairs and a bench to sit on. Love the view. Love the swimming pool area. With their flower decorations. It is absolutely beautiful to sit at the swimming pool and look over the lake.

Our room and facility itself was very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area. Breakfast delivered to the room is a nice perk and was very good.

Well maintained and manicured landscaping on property and around pool set on the lake. Although close to the road, can not hear any noise. Updated rooms. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant on site. I have not had dinner here but the locals tell me it’s very good. Not a cookie cutter hotel. Only place we stay when visiting family.

Very good experience, my husband and I really enjoyed or stay. The bed was very comfy, everything was clean. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. Excellent for a quiet getaway.

The staff was very welcoming and even upgraded our room to a lake view. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool over looking the lake was nice. We ate at the adjoining restaurant for dinner and again because the front desk made our reservation, they upgrade us to a lake view window table. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was brought to our room in the morning!
