Location is unbeatable. This is an older hotel, but it is kept up very well, Staff was great. Parking great. Easy walk to town and the bike trail that ultimately runs along the coast runs about a block from the hotel. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, however, we did not utilize it. There’s a coffee shop right across the street that was great.

Very clean room. Helpful staff. Pool is clean but always too cold to swim in. Walkable location

The staff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Our room was perfect for a comfortable night’s rest—clean, cozy, and well maintained. Even though our stay was brief, we found everything we needed to relax and recharge. The location is another highlight. Inn on the Square is conveniently located near Main Street, making it an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in downtown Falmouth. Overall, Inn on the Square is a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay, friendly service, and a convenient location while visiting Cape Cod.

This was a great spot for our family of 2 adults and 1 toddler. The room was on the smaller side but we had a private patio with a table and chairs that was a surprise perk that was great for after the toddler went to bed.

Loved everything about this charming hotel except for the mandatory amenities fee. If you don't want the extras you shouldn't have to pay for them. Otherwise - include them in your advertised price.

Inn on the Square was great! Prime location to shops, restaurants, Shining Sea Bikeway!! Came for a long weekend in mid-April. When I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted by Allison (give this woman a raise!!). She was so nice, welcoming and friendly. She asked if I had been to Falmouth before and if I was planning to go to Martha's Vineyard. She gave me a packet with maps and all the local information. She highlighted all the best spots and told me what spots to not bother with. It was a warmer day for mid-April, so she put us in the Cottage on the first floor with one of the patios that gets the best sun! It was a great room, we enjoyed the patio very much! It felt like Allison was part of the trip, as we kept referring to her all weekend since all her suggestions were spot on!

I was there for one night shortly after Christmas to visit family and we had a great visit, a swim in the pool, a quick walk to town for dinner and breakfast at Percy's attached to the hotel, in the morning. Overall a really lovely stay for a very reasonable price.
