This is a very quaint location with a very relaxed vibe to it. The room we stayed in had an owl theme to it which was just fine. The room was clean and had everything we needed to our quick overnight stay. This was for our 31st anniversary so it was perfect. The tub was nice and the shower did what is needed to do. Overall it worked great! We have no complaints.

We had an amazing experience at Inn Santa Clara. Upon arrival we were super delighted with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. I’m really particular about the bathroom and it was definitely nice and tidy. After checking in, we immediately went out to a family gathering and didn’t return until the night. That’s when we realized that our TV wasn’t working. I texted the dedicated line right away! To my surprise, Heidi showed up around 8pm and fixed our TV. Next day, and the day after, she offered us super delicious pastries as compensation as well. I want to compliment her on making the stay so enjoyable.

Great communication, very thoughtful extras, clean, comfy and so cute. They even let us use a French press for our stay and brought us a bakery treat. Really amazing stay w zero stress

Overall a very nice property too stay at. Unique in the setup and decor. What matters. Great mattresses and linens. Towels were excellent. Had what you needed to make a cup of tea or coffee. Very accommodating. Easy to teach if you had questions or concerns. I’m glad I was able to spend time there

Such a cute room! Well thought out amenities…mini fridge and microwave with plates/cups if you want to eat in your room. Host texts every day to see if you need anything or have any questions. They brought us a delicious pastry one morning from the local bakery. Close to lots of restaurants and shops if you need anything. Great location!
