My father and I stayed here when we went to the leake auto auction. Staying here was like staying at a family members house (and one you like). The people and room were great; I plan to say here again next year.

Hotel was clean found no problems next to Interstate a little bit of Highway noise but not objectionable this is a budget hotel but I had no problems while I stayed here everything worked everything was clean

When I got to my room, the door was held open by a trash can. The weather was around 35/40 degrees with a wind chill factor when I got there, so it took a little while to warm the room up. The room was nice, but when you left to go somewhere, the door did not lock. I went to see Beauty & The Beast at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center and when I returned back to my room, Room 109, the door was almost ajar. It did not lock. Fortunately, no one came in and stole anything. I had left my laptop and a few other items that would have been of value to me. The staff was very friendly and the location and rate were good, but because of the door not closing when you left, I will not stay here again. When you were inside the motel room, you were safe because of the deadbolt and the safety lock.

This is definitely a low budget room, but it had everything we needed. It was clean and affordable, which is all I wanted. The staff seemed alright. Upon first glance, it looks like a dump. But they are undergoing construction, so if course it will be torn up. The lobby needs work to give it a nicer feel. I was really unsure upon check in, but like I mentioned, it all worked out in the end.

the room was dirty and they had roaches towels were not clean carpet was so dirty had to keep my shoes on just to walk around in the room had to wait outside in the cold while waiting to get in my room doing check in
