The hotel was okay and not as bad as the reviews. So I was nervous to stay here. Everything is running smoothly. And it needs to be updated. The only issues we had were that we had low water pressure in our bathroom sink. And no one answered the phone, so room service was terrible. Other than that, the restaurant served very good food and cared for our dogs. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

The hostel is very safe to stay. The check-in process went smoothly and there were no problems, and the room looked tidy and roomy. We had dinner in the basement, and it was nothing special. The hamburger and chicken wings were cold delivered. The wings were still edible, but the burger was a hockey puck and was completely edible. The hostess on duty's response did not give us a warm or cozy feeling to order anything else because we were afraid our food would be spit in, but another kitchen employee came out and offered us some dessert as compensation. So, everything is well until we wake up at 430 am to board the shuttle at 530 am. When we see a bedbug on my pillow. We kill it and it smears blood, so obviously someone was bit. We wanted to speak to the manager while we were submitting our complaint and showing the pictures, but he explained it was too early and provided us with a card with the manager's name, go, and his email address. He apologized for our inconvenience and instructed us to call the third party where we booked our room for a refund while on vacation. The crown plaza, contacted Mobile Travel, who declined to reimburse us, stating that there were no problems with bedbugs. lies! I didn't know there is a bedbug registry that records bedbug finder hotels,
