I would stay again because of the location, which is fantastic. A walk to literally everything with the world right outside your door. The bed was comfortable, and the toilet worked, thats all we needed. We stayed there for 7 nights, so we were happy to take the 5 flights of stairs to our room to burn some calories from the delicious food in the area. You get what you pay for! So dont have high hopes. Our room was really clean and had a big and comfortable bed. However, the bathroom door wouldnt close properly, making it annoying. Not the best service, but given how new york is, you shouldnt expect good service even at rated 5 stars.

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The hotel effortlessly balances tranquility with its central location, offering utmost peace in the heart of the city. It is important to mention that the bathroom is incredibly stylish and modern, providing opulence. There was utter indulgence added by the luxurious towels and premium toiletries. What truly distinguished the home was its commitment to silence. My stay was kept peaceful by not even noticing any outside noise, ensuring i had an adequate nights sleep. In conclusion, the staff was attentive and polite, which enhanced the entire experience.

I was initially very skeptical about booking this hotel, especially because of the great price right in the middle of a prime location 3 minutes from times square. I also was worried because some of them said it was scams, etc. This made me diligently investigate the location. From calling, emailing, and texting messages. Even local nypohs family members passed by the physical location to make sure it existed. It was exciting to learn that the hotel is under new management or ownership in 2023. Lux group also owns other highend luxury hotels in town within the network chain. We stayed from 7-11 august. The place was very clean, wellkept, organized. There was tidiness and cleanliness throughout. Oldfashioned modern vibe permeated it. Very comfortable and the most affordable hotel in its neighborhood.

This is the real deal! Wow! This hotel is literally right in the middle of everything and is one of nycs cheapest hotels. You cant get anywhere faster from this hotel, which is located between 46th and 47th streets. Times square and Broadway are only a few blocks away, the closest subway is only two short blocks distant, and central park is just ten minutes away. This motel recently underwent new ownership or management, so it may explain some of the negative reviews. The front desk staff was very friendly throughout my stay and even allowed me to check in early. My room was small, obviously, for the price you pay in this area, but it was clean and the bathroom had recently been updated to have nice tile and i think it worked. I also must mention that my room kept nice and cool with opulent air conditioning. There was tv in our room, however because it is in new york city, it wasnt an issue for me at all. It was really quiet here. In midtown, where bar crowds, traffic, etc. Can keep you up all night, this is huge. Sleeping like he slept! But if you need utmost windows for some reason, most rooms in these hotels probably dont have them. If you want to stay here again, ill book it again. For lone travelers or

This hotel is excellent. By the way, it is not in chinatown, but there is some interesting mural art on the wall. The location is fantastic. Yes, theres noise, however, ive been to new york city numerous times, and only a few hotels didnt have much noise. I also spent $300 or $400 per night. We arrived at 2 oclock. A man at the desk was fantastic and extremely friendly due to flight delays. Although i dont visit the city to watch television, the rooms are clean, with hot showers and tvs that werent working. Would return and stay at this hotel again. There is no elevator, though. Just be prepared, its not the end of the world.

I will stay here again next time. This place is a decent choice for solitary stays. The price is reasonable and the location is excellent. My room was quiet and on the second floor. As i didnt have to carry my suitcase upstairs because there isnt an elevator in the building, he didn't bother me too much.

This hotel is in a great location, close to time square, theater district and lower Manhattan. The cleanliness is very good and the service is also very nice. I will come back again.

I was a little hesitant to enter because of the reviews, but this place turned out to be genuinely remarkable in the heart of downtown manhattan at extremely reasonable prices. The location is unbeatable. Better than some 5star hotels ive been to in town, the rooms have views. Very kind and the staff at the front desk, ty and samantha, are very sweet. A wise decision, well spend your money. Will most certainly return.

Everything is fine, but the problem is that you cant check in until 3 pm. If you want to check out early, you have to pay an additional $25.
