I loved that the laundry was free. We also woke up to a flat tire in our car. The owner was there and volunteered to fill our tire up for us. He recommended a place in town to get the tire fixed and we were able to get on our way in an hour. Small town and locally owned is the way to go! Thank you so much to the owner for helping us. That would not have happened in a chain hotel.

Great suite, good location for many trips: Zion NP, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon North Rim and many more. We enjoyed a lot of space, an amazing king size bed and really good equipment. Highly recommended.

A fully equipped kitchen, clean room with television has Prime TV. Great air-conditioning excellent shower with well ventilated clean spacious bathroom. We stayed on the backside of the property. Convenient parking,quiet and a grill. The free laundry washer and dryer were in good working condition and the room had nice walking sticks you could borrow. All of this at an amazingly low price. This will be our home base on our next stay in the area.

Room was spacious and clean. There is no check-in process, so there is really no one to talk to if there are any issues. You get a code to your room the day before you check-in, and there were no issues so I didn't need to talk to anyone. The kitchen was furnished enough if you want to cook a small meal.

The room was nicely decorated and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook, including spices. We did not use the kitchen or the laundry. Our one complaint was the hardness of the beds. The mattresses felt more like futons. I am a fan of firm mattresses. I have an extra firm at home, but these were not comfortable. Also the comforters were very thick -- too warm for spring.

Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, hatte eine Küchenzeile und eine Essecke. Wir konnten direkt davor kostenlos parken. Es gab auch eine Terrasse mit Grill. Es gab auch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, der von allen kostenlos benutzt werden kann. Wir haben hier fast eine Woche verbracht um die umliegenden Nationalparks und sonstige Natur Highlights zu besuchen. Die Lage war hierfür perfekt.

Suite is almost as described, just better. The space is large and well laid out with a welcoming vibe. Check in was easy and the room was clean and everything looked new and well maintained. Great location in Kanab. Would 100% recommend this place.

The room had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay! From a fully stocked kitchen of cutlery, dishes, utensils, and spices (yes, spices!), to a sweet dining table, thoughtfully placed USB ports, and a fully accessible bathroom, we could’ve stayed there for a month and been happy! Finding accessible accommodations for a wheelchair user can sometimes be such a challenge, but this space clearly had wheelchair users in mind when they designed their layout. We felt completely comfortable and safe staying here. Fully recommend this awesome place!!!

The easiest check in/checkout! The cleanliness of our room was 5 star! The beds comfy. Big soft clean fluffy towels! Loved the quiet closing cabinets! Quiet! Location was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Highly recommend this magical oasis in the heart of Kanab. Not only are the rooms cozy and comfortable, they are very clean and accommodating. The owners are highly attentive and responsive, and clearly take pride in maintaining their beautiful hotel. I am so glad we chose to stay here, and look forward to returning again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
