Everything was wonderful! The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated having plenty of towels available, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

When I arrived (a bit early), I was a bit confused. One call was all it took. Everything was smooth from there.

Nice, fully equipped apartment in central location to downtown Nashville and Vanderville University. Liked onsite parking, kitchen and washer/dryer. Good app.

Really enjoyed having an apartment instead of a hotel room. Wish the bedrooms had a tv. Unfortunately, our dryer didn’t work as I planned on washing & bringing clean clothes home. That was my only complaint. I’d stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The space was very clean, modern, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The layout is practical and spacious, with plenty of natural light that gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main roads, yet still quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked perfectly. I also appreciated how comfortable the bed was, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free place to stay.

Clean, modern and spacious apartment. Lovely and safe neighborhood. Easy to use the contactless check in/out. However, I'd share the communication on early check in was a miss b/c I kept receiving texts from Kasa, so I assumed the notification of early check in would be via text too, but it was sent via email. Either way, it all worked out, and we had a nice quiet and relaxing space to regroup during our trip.

Very clean. Oddly, towels kept in bedroom closet so I had to call about them. Closet has no light so I didn't see towels which were on side shelving. Minor issue but probably better to keep towels in the bathroom.

Loved the apartment; location, cleanliness, amenities and generally very impressed. Happy with KASA pre-checkin communication. However I found there were a couple of occasions where the staff in the building (residents staff) were quite rude. Other than that, happy!

Spacious 2bed/2bath condo steps from Music Row, restaurants and coffee shops- and an easy 1.5 mile walk - or a $15 Uber - to The live music of Broadway! Full kitchen, washer/dryer and plenty of space to stretch!

This property was everything I expected and more. It was clean, great pillows and bedding, I loved the balcony, my neighbors were nice and I never heard them. Check in was easy and the off street parking was very safe. Thanx again!
