Very nice place to stay, super clean and excellent service. Within walking distance to clubs, dining and The Moody Center. The top floor is a very nice setup for working online privately or just hanging out . There are several offices available to anyone needing that service.

The kitchen was well stocked and provided all we needed. We did not use the laundry, but noticed they were high quality washer and dryer.

Absolutely wonderful facilities, great price. Staff was VERY friendly and were flexible. Amenities are top-notch, better than many hotels. If I were to come to Austin again, this is definitely the hotel I'm checking back into. Highly, highly recommended.

The staff was amazing! Very informative, helpful in the check-in and checkout process. I would say the only complaint we had was our room wasn’t all that clean. There were dirty rags left in a drawer in the bathroom, debris on the floors, etc.

Location is a bit of a walk through some “shady” roads but no one messed with us. There is a homeless shelter a few blocks over. The property itself is new, nice, clean, a great value for the money, and safe. We ended up Ubering to most places at a cost of $10-15 per trip. An Uber to AUS was $35-40, so beware of that cost. Overall, a fun getaway!

Room was clean and staff very friendly. Parking was good and Kitchen was clean. The room really needed a chair and also some other things that would make it into a nicer stay for the residents that stay there.

We were told that we were required to check in online by uploading a drive license and adding other personal info. We asked if there was a way to check in upon arrival so as to not upload personal stuff to a website we never heard of. The reply was that the online was the required and only way to check in. Upon arrival, there was a concierge in the lobby that verified our ID and gave us the keys. CLEARLY there was a personal check in experience available, so we were lied to about check in. Checking in online benefitted only the host while possibly putting my personal info at risk. On arrival the room was generally clean, but the only kitchen towel left us was used, stained and had food stuck to it. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. The white noise radio on the nightstand was unplugged. The location was great, walkable to most things in downtown Austin including UT. However, For this quality of lodging (and the price that went with it) I expected better than this; I will not be stating at this location again nor at any property managed by Kasa Lodging.

Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few points that need attention. For example, there was not enough toilet paper—only one roll for a nine-night stay, which ran out and we had to buy more ourselves. There was also no dish soap available for washing dishes. There were very few towels, and both the towels and the bed linens were not in great condition. The mattress was also not good—we actually had to flip it because it had a noticeable dip and felt very worn out and uncomfortable. There we’re only 2 hangers for a couple staying 9 nights That said, overall the building is nice. There is a great gym, the reception staff is friendly, and there is a café attached downstairs—Jo’s Café—which is excellent. Parking was also very easy and reasonably priced for the duration of the stay.

Arrived and the property was very dirty, thick dust, rubbish on the balcony including a beer can and cigarette butts, as well as unclean side tables in the lounge and bedroom as well as food crumbs. I immediately took photos and reported this upon my check in, I was told housekeeping would visit and clean the next day. When I got back to the property the following day it was still dirty, cigarettes butts not removed and dirt all over the side tables. I again reported that it was still unclean despite them sending someone to resolve these issues. It took 3 days before the issue was resolved and they never followed up to check that it was ok. Very dissatisfied. Not worth the money for how unclean everything was.

Exceptional concierge was the only positive mark for Kasa. Everything else is overpriced and overrated. Last minute fight to maintain booking with some shrewd excuse by Kasa canceling booking the day before arrival then after legal threat miraculously finding a “closet” for stay. Not the amenities reserved five weeks before the scheduled stay. Never again.
