If your destination is Del Ray this is the perfect spot. Room is well appointed with nice kitchen and decent bathroom. It is right on mt. Vernon with lots of good dining options.the room is well insulated so barely any noise from the street, even on a Saturday night. Safe neighborhood and nice to walk around. Communication with property manager is easy. Great instructions on how to get in the building and room. Good price as well.

A great place to stay. Clean and close to everything. Multiple restaurants and shops are just around the corner. You feel like a local when you walk out the door to the bar/restaurant or just for a walk.

Studio apartment- perfect for two of us. Great almost new appliances- stove/refrigerator/ dishwasher. Our room was on back side of property- very quiet. Great location for restaurants, easy to walk around neighborhood.

The whole experience was lovely except that there's a lot of noise within the building. Not much insulation between rooms so you can hear voices, music, Etc.

I didn't realize, outside of booking with Hotels.com, there was further interaction with the place itself, through email, that needed to be addressed. There was an 800 number that took care of everything upon checking that was great. I felt it could have been a bit cleaner. There is mold in the corners of the shower (a 1/3 bleach water spay would fix that), the areas around the cupboard handles were full of finger prints and grime as well as the front of the microwave. It also was quiet noisy, early mornings as the street traffic and families walking to the school across the street. It did help to have the sound machine. Lots of restaurants and close to bus. It is about an hour to get to the National Mall.

While we loved almost everything about our stay I don’t think we could stay here again, due to the noise.
