Lively neighborhood. Great apartment, very clean, roomy, well equipped kitchen. Noise wasn’t an issue at all (room was farthest away from pub). Will be my pick if I return to San Diego. Wish checkin time was 3pm like other hotels. Many homeless which doesn’t make solo women walking safe at night.

The property had everything I needed to enjoy my time there including a full kitchen with all the appliances. It was bright and spacious and I felt like I was in my own apartment. It is my "go to" the next time I'm in San Diego!

Didn't like that I didn't have access to view tv without having a streaming service (which I do not) so I couldn't watch the tv. Clubs and restaurants and active entertainment below room until early morning hours every night.

This location was perfect! And the price for my stay was very reasonable for it being in the middle of downtown San Diego. Also, it was more than just a room. It felt like a mini apartment and already came with everything you would need (cutlery, cups, pans to cook ect). 10/10 would recommend.

it is my first time writing review. I was bit afraid since it was my first time trying hotel that doesn't have front desk, everything is digital, you enter with the code and you have to verify your ID a day before. fortunately, I had no problem, they texted me couple times during the stay, not sure how fast they respond, I didn't tried the texting number at the front door, but During our stay, we saw a gentleman with luggage was having trouble getting because he did know he needs to verify ID and didn't have a code to enter building. There was also a man existing building complain that it is loud and he can't sleep. For us the sound proof was alright and we were not bothered, perhaps it depends what side of the room you get. if it is closer to the pub side or the street side. What I love about this place not only it is fun and has great varies Amenities, mini fridge, pans and pots, utensils, teas, coffee, fork and spoon, coffee maker.. laundry detergent. The list goes on, it feels like you rented a nice studio and living at your own house. it is next to the pub, surrounded by many pubs and restaurant, everything is walkable, very convenient. you will see many strangers sleep on the street, we were followed by some men asking for money. If that bothers you, don't walk alone on street late night, it if you are walking around the neighborhood, you might be bothered by some stranger who sleep on the street asking for money, to be safe, don't walk around alone in late night.

The place was simple, private, and well taken care. Right in the middle of EVERYTHING in the Gaslamp. I had a wonderful time spending my short trip here. Highly recommend, thank you for the accommodations!
