the room was amazing, very spacious and clean. The location was excellent for our needs. I loved seeing the Griffith Observatory from our room. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a family emergency and I was unable to get any of my money back, I would have even accepted a credit towards my next stay, but that was not offered.

This was my 2nd time staying at Kasa as a solo traveler and it has become my go to place. The simplicity of check in and out. The amazing space! You truly receive a WHOLE apartment which is incredible and has allowed me to have a beautiful place for rest and socializing when some of my local friends stop by before going out. I also enjoy that its quiet and not alot of people around. This trip there were some men who were also guests of the hotel hanging out front late the last night of my stay which was a little uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone and there not being a front desk attendant like at other hotels but it was totally fine! And they didnt bother or speak to me. It was just initially uncomfortable since it was 1am and my friend dropped me off but wasn't coming up to my place, but thats not Kasa's fault and again it was fine and safe. They were guests too and allowed to be there. I HIGHlY recommend Kasa and will be back next time I am in LA and will always check if they have a location wherever I am traveling!

My guest and I were surprised at the space. The room was far more spacious than I had imagined and the view was amazing. Located right on Sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were more than ample for my stay and I will be rebooking.

The Kasa concept is basically a studio apartment with full kitchen and living room area and had nice open room with amazing Hollywood view from the 8th floor! Nice gym as well!

The room was well cleaned and prepared. Kitchen had a few essentials I needed considering I was only doing a overnight stay. Since it is a virtual site, the check in time is exact no possible early times unless you pay additional fees ahead.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy check in and check out. Clean and with everything you need. Industrial vibe. Walkable to some places. Target near by. Three to four blocks away Gelsons market and restaurants. Food & drinks Some places near by, otherwise three to four blocks away. No vending and no ice. Could use ice trays. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value, High-tech
