The Kasa concept is basically a studio apartment with full kitchen and living room area and had nice open room with amazing Hollywood view from the 8th floor! Nice gym as well!

The room was well cleaned and prepared. Kitchen had a few essentials I needed considering I was only doing a overnight stay. Since it is a virtual site, the check in time is exact no possible early times unless you pay additional fees ahead.

Pleasantly surprised. Easy check in and check out. Clean and with everything you need. Industrial vibe. Walkable to some places. Target near by. Three to four blocks away Gelsons market and restaurants. Food & drinks Some places near by, otherwise three to four blocks away. No vending and no ice. Could use ice trays. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value, High-tech

It's a little non-traditional with the remote check-in, parking, etc. but it all works if you read what they send to you. The room felt like someone's apartment, and there is no signage on the building so you kinda have to know where you're going. But the underground parking felt secure, the room was comfortable, and the location is great. (On that note, people warned me about the location, but it seems Netflix has cleaned up that section of Sunset in a big way. We walked to the Palladium, and never felt unsafe.)

Last-minute weekend booking and everything landed exactly how it should. Communication was smooth and easy, and the security staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Overall a seamless stay. We will absolutely book again.

I was surprised to find such a comfy, roomy space right in Hollywood with excellent views and suprior kitchen for reasonable price. I do recommend the on-site parking garage.

The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around. The only downside was that we didn’t know which floor we would be on. We had hoped for a higher floor with a nicer view, but ended up on the third floor overlooking the next building and parking lot. Still, there was plenty of natural light and some palm trees to look at.

My experience was EXCELLENT!!! I was in awe from the moment I stepped in! The studio was clean, easy check in… simple… I arrived for graduation from film school, so I was nervous and traveled far… And KASA TOOK THE EDGE OFF, when I stepped in. I felt like I was HOME… Thank you for such a BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!
