We had a great stay at Casa Sunset Los Angeles for two weeks and would definitely recommend it. We stayed in one of the classic apartments, which was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, dishwasher, a huge fridge, and all the essentials, which made it feel like a home away from home. The WhatsApp customer service was a really nice feature. While replies to some queries could occasionally take a little while, the team was always helpful and it was reassuring knowing we could message 24/7 if we needed anything. The location was excellent, especially if you’re planning to do the main tourist attractions around LA. It was easy to get everywhere by car. We also didn’t pay for parking during our stay. There is street parking nearby, but make sure you read the parking signs carefully as the restrictions vary. As long as you pay attention to the signs, it’s definitely possible to park overnight without paying. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.

The first unit they put us in (on the 3rd floor) had an issue with the AC. When we called customer service, they told us to keep it set around 65 and wait until the next day for someone to check it out since we called at night. It ended up getting so warm that we had to go buy a fan. When we called again, they offered to move us to a different unit on the 7th floor, which was much better. It also had a nice view of the Hollywood Sign. Other than that, the units were nice, clean, and spacious. They had everything we needed, including extra towels, extra pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was okay. You can't really expect much peace and quiet when you're staying on Sunset Boulevard, so it kind of comes with the territory.

the room was amazing, very spacious and clean. The location was excellent for our needs. I loved seeing the Griffith Observatory from our room. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a family emergency and I was unable to get any of my money back, I would have even accepted a credit towards my next stay, but that was not offered.

This was my 2nd time staying at Kasa as a solo traveler and it has become my go to place. The simplicity of check in and out. The amazing space! You truly receive a WHOLE apartment which is incredible and has allowed me to have a beautiful place for rest and socializing when some of my local friends stop by before going out. I also enjoy that its quiet and not alot of people around. This trip there were some men who were also guests of the hotel hanging out front late the last night of my stay which was a little uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone and there not being a front desk attendant like at other hotels but it was totally fine! And they didnt bother or speak to me. It was just initially uncomfortable since it was 1am and my friend dropped me off but wasn't coming up to my place, but thats not Kasa's fault and again it was fine and safe. They were guests too and allowed to be there. I HIGHlY recommend Kasa and will be back next time I am in LA and will always check if they have a location wherever I am traveling!

My guest and I were surprised at the space. The room was far more spacious than I had imagined and the view was amazing. Located right on Sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were more than ample for my stay and I will be rebooking.
