The staff was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor seating. it is a beautiful and relaxing space. I was not impressed with the shower amenities. I would definitely bring my own shampoo and conditioner, as well as bath soap.

Clean room (#200)... shout out to the housekeeping staff Margarita. She was meticulous. Breakfast was good at the restaurant. Well maintained lobby. Walking distance from a bunch of restaurants and attractions.

My husband and I enjoyed the Kimpton while we were in San Antonio for our son’s graduation from basic training. We can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel, our room, or the staff. They were all amazing. My husband’s only complaint is the $70/day valet parking fee.

Beautiful luxury hotel near the river walk. Valet parking in the front was very convenient (but extremely busy at times). The complimentary coffee was great and the rooftop pool offers fantastic city views and a relaxing atmosphere.

I was looking for a hotel near the Henry B. Convention Center for a conference I was attending in downtown San Antonio, TX and went with the Kimpton Santo. I have never been so pleased with a hotel choice! This is now my go-to place when I want to "get away". My hotel experience from Valet, to Check-in to arrival to my room was excellent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional, informative, courteous, and made me feel welcome! The room was just perfect for what I needed. The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, with good views, and has the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, privacy, and other accessible amenities or nearby places to visit. The lobby level of the hotel has a social area, a bar/eatery, and there is a fine dining restaurant. The tenth floor has a roof top pool, fitness facility, and a roof top bar with a spectacular view of downtown San Antonio. Each room is designed with a cross between purposeful comfort with simplicity and a contemporary decor with a stylish flair. I value location, peace, comfort, privacy, and style, and Kimpton Santo provides ALL of that! I can't wait until my next visit! Thank you for a wonderful and inviting stay! L. McKenzie

Tentang Kimpton SANTO

San Antonio’s newest luxury hotel opens in 2024.Equal parts historic charm and modern luxury, Kimpton Santo Hotel fuses the vintage with the new. San Antonio’s very first Kimpton beautifully blends a new-build hotel and a restored 1850s German-English schoolhouse, adapted into a space with a high-end steakhouse and gorgeous guest suites. And just as the Kimpton Santo bridges styles, the location serves as a bridge between downtown and Southtown, making it the perfect spot to explore all the best of this romantic city.
