This place is cozy, and pristine. There were activities to do on very hot days as well as activities to do on rainy days. The kids were always entertained. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. It gave off an “at home” vibe as opposed to a resort vide. Drinks were excellent, and not too sweet because the ingredients were quality, so there was no need to mask them with sugar. The coffee shop was excellent. The restaurants served great food. My only complaint is that the restaurants close early on weekends, and it was difficult to get food after leaving the pool. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!

The food on the resort is a little pricey, but it’s still delicious. We were confused when we got there initially thinking that we would be staying in the main hotel and didn’t realize that all hotel rooms were offsite from the main lobby. getting around was very easy because the trolley rides were included in the stay… just one text and a five minute wait and you could catch a ride anywhere on the resort. We really enjoyed kayaking and the lazy river pool. The gym locker rooms were really nice and the indoor pool was great after we’ve gotten sunburned. I have one negative comment.- the resort charges a credit card fee for all purchases made with a credit. I feel like this should be waived, especially after paying resort fees and a higher price for Food.

The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. Also it seems the shower leaked into the place underneath us. Other than those 2 issues it was good. I would recommend it for location and cleanliness. We did not try the restaurants on location so no comment.

What a lovely place! The property is gorgeous, rooms were clean. My toddler had the time of her life at the river pool and collecting shells at the beach. The fitness center was nice. Staff were exceptionally helpful! The only thing I didn't love were the food options - fine for a night but next time we will bring food or explore Williamsburg for better veggies, proteins and healthy options. Overall we had so much fun we booked our next stay before we left!
