A hidden gem in midtown. Didn’t realize when I made the reservation that the Kixby is 4-star! It is worth every star and then some! Quiet, comfortable, sleek and clean. Front desk employees very welcoming and warm and our room was ready early! Rooftop bar a plus looking up the Empire State Building. 2nd floor amenities (coffee, tea, ice, etc) very nice. 8 minute walk to MSG! Will definitely return!!

Great location so easy to find. Very friendly and professional staff. I loved the touch of providing us with water bottles - and the machine to fill them up from (at no extra cost),. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location to take in a concert at MSG and access the city. MTA stops nearby. Good amenities and cute rooms with ample space for NYC. The restaurant downstairs was good with attentive staff. I recommend and would stay again.

Rooms are quiet, staff is friendly. Rooms much larger than other NYC hotels. Rooftop bar has a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Location is great, easy walk to/from Amtrak train station, Times Square, Broadway, K-town, Bryant Park, and others.

Your room was cleaned every day. Love having a restaurant and bar on site and the rooftop bar was super cute.

For two guests there were only two regular coffee pods given initially. But asking for more was very fast and easy at the front desk.

My daughter and I spent one night while in the city for a concert at Madison Square Garden. We arrived by train early in the day, and it was an easy walk to leave our bags while we did other things until time to check in. Our room was amazing! We could see the Empire State Building from the window, it was clean and huge for a NYC hotel. We even had a jacuzzi tub. The free water bottles and access to machines with cold sparking or still water that we could add flavors too was also one of the highlights. We went to the rooftop terrace to see the Empire State Building lit up after the concert and it was spectacular. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Truly a great place to stay in the city!

Hotel was wonderful. We were greeted with water bottles to be used in the amenities room, they have filtered water machines with flavor and sparkling selections. Free coffee, teas, fruit, cookies.... Very nice workout room. Room was nice, very clean and modern, same with the bathroom. Nice bathrobes and soft towels. View from the rooftop bar was amazing. Location is perfect. We felt very secure, needed the room key to access elevators. Staff was amazing, we were able to check in a little bit earlier and also stayed an additional hour. Everyone was very friendly.
