Set this reservation up for my mother the Knotts Berry Farm hotel did and amazing job at making sure my mother that doesn't speak fluent English not only enjoyed her stay but also had everything she needed to make her stay very memorable! I have stayed at Knotts berry farm hotel many times and continue to stay here because of how amazing their staff is and how clean and comfortable their rooms are! On this occasion my mother didn't even visit their amazing amusement park i just trust them so much that i rather my mom stay there thank you so much to all the staff and hotel services for making this a great stay!

So my daughter and I stayed here 4 nights, had a great experience.. the shuttle to Disneyland and the Knotts Berry staff where all great to deal with… even with it being under construction… which wasn’t a big issue we had a great stay… my daughters review is “They have the most comfortable, soft beds”
