My 3 teenagers and I needed a place to stay overnight after a long drive from northern CA. We were so happy that we could swim after hours in a car…. in not 1, but 2 pools! (The saltwater pool was our favorite.) The room was clean and fresh. The linens were comfortable, and the room air conditioner was very efficient. But what really stuck out to me was the customer service. All 4 of the employees that we interacted with went above and beyond in their customer service. They were so kind and always were able to meet our needs and seemed happy to do it. We would absolutely stay here again! In fact, my daughter is asking to come back for her birthday with her friends!

This older hotel is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The room was clean. I enjoyed the pool. I was welcomed by Lois, the nicest front desk lady ever. I really appreciated the personalized welcome note and the complimentary water, coffee and fruit. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, it was quiet. For me, this was a great deal and I would book again if ever in Palm Springs again.

I LOVED staying here. The receptionist are the best, great kind helpful people. The pools are great, spacious and more than one! Beds are comfy, the room itself is great, and it’s near the downtown! Definitely will come back! 😁

We were very impressed with the motel. Our room was nicely prepared. The pools were clean and well taken care of. The location was good for us. The only negative response I have is that there was not a elevator to go to the upstairs rooms and we had a little trouble going up and down the stairs. Our ages are 85 and 88 yrs so it would have helped us to have had a elevator. However next time we will know to ask for a downstairs room.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean. I was traveling with my family Memorial Day weekend so the pool areas were amazing. We loved the free lounge, chairs and poolside beds. Definitely very convenient and the best part of all was the free part since other resorts charge at least 200 for reservations. It was a great day for the price can’t beat it very close to downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely come back with my family.

I loved this hotel and for the price it was a steal. We booked this place last minute because we had a scare at a different place and this was a score. It’s clean, there’s two pools, the staff is so nice, what more could you want.
