Friendly staff! Manager let me check in a bit early since I had just come off a long international flight. The bed was so comfortable and the location was very convenient. Modern design. Very chic! Super clean and cozy! I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in San Francisco.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn just for one night and we highly recommend this inn. Excellent location in SF. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel seems to have had a recent upgrade and looks freshly painted and is well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean! And they offer parking, A lot of options to eat within walking distance from the hotel. Very satisfied with our stay!

This property is the nicest one on Lombard street. It is newly remodeled. My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. It was a beautiful room! Super clean. Nicely put together. Lighting, atmosphere and interior design are superb. Large room with plenty of towels. Spotless bathroom. Parking at the property felt safe and convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you are thinking about staying in any of the hotel located on Lombard street definitely choose this one. By far is the best! Reasonable rates and absolutely worth it. Will repeat if my family ever needs a place to stay in San Francisco again. Highly recommend it. Gorgeous rooms. Impeccable decor, super clean. My family loved it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were attentive, kind, and generous. They even saved us a parking spot—something they don’t normally do—because they knew we were arriving late. We will definitely be coming back! The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Palace of Fine Arts. If you’re a runner, this place is ideal with so many great routes nearby. The rooms are modern, spotless, and comfortable—we absolutely loved it here!

The hotel is clean, and in a safe and convenient location, about a 10 minute walk to Ghirardelli Square, and right across the street from a Big Bus stop if you do that tour. There is free parking, which is a huge bonus. The rooms were more spacious than expected. If you go to the top of the stairs near the roof, you can see the Golden Gate Bridge.
