A good, clean, recently renovated motel in San Francisco. The only annoying thing is the automated messages from management through the Hotels.com app. I would recommend either turning them off or responding to them, as I have booked this hotel twice and received exactly the same messages both times.

The rooms are very clean & comfortable. We also were able to get in early enough to get a parking spot which is a nice plus! Appreciate that parking is free. Front staff was helpful.

Safe parking lot. Hop on hop off bus is literally at the front door. Clean, cozy, just what we needed.

Great Location that felt safe and gave us easy access to the San Francisco city! Rooms were well equipped with a microwave, small fridge and safety-box, Soft comfy beds and our stay suited all four of us in the family (ages 14, 17 and over 40 years old). Highly recommend that you do your sitings with the car before check - in at 3 p.m so that you are guaranteed a parking lot. You can probably stretch it until 4 p.m and still get parking. Good places to eat on Chestnut street approx. 15-20 min nice walk from the hotel.

I don't like identifying staff by name, but I was shocked to be recognized well over a year by one of the front desk guys as I was waiting for the elevator. He even asked if i got my preferred room. I told him I had not, and he went above and beyond to get me into the tier that I prefer. I'm happy that this hotel is doing well. I LOVE the beds. They are nice and firm. It's the only time I get revenge at all the other hotels that have beds that are like marshmallows and cause back aches. If i cannot book at Casa Inn, I just don't go to San Francisco. The rooms are very comforting to return to after being out all day. I hope they will open more hotels in SF and keep this winning design style and bed choice.

Parking was easy and appreciated (especially in this part of San Fran!). AC worked great. It’s such a cutie little motel in a perfect district. On a flat part of town with lots of great food choices near by. Also the walkability of this location is amazing!

The staff went above and beyond to make pur stay wonderful from recommending restaurants in the area to helping us after a race in SF get back to the property. They exceeded expectations in helping us feel we were important guests and well taken care of. We will happily stay at La Casa again when in SF.
