The lobby was spotlessly clean. Automatic doors, tile flooring, wide hallways, spacious room with a space at door to park and charge my scooter were ideal for a person with disabilities. Friendly greetings. The sausage biscuits were delicious. Right at the intersection of 74 with many different restaurants close by. Highly recommend this refurbished motel. Pets are also welcome.

We stayed here in November 2021 and it was adequate at the time. But it seems to have gotten worse in the meantime. The pool was out of service, which was good since we didn't intend to use it. But it has some water in it which is beginning to appear black and unpleasant. Our bathroom sink didn't drain and the toilet is so poorly secured to the floor that we feared it would tip over every time we used it quite unsettling! The room appeared clean enough, but it is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. The biggest advantage was being able to bring our dog with us and the hotel doesn't charge a pet fee. We believe the pet fees are totally rip off as the dog doesn't use a bed or towels, so you are just paying for the privilege of having the pet in the room! Children are often allowed to stay free in hotels and require more cleaning up after them than pets do! So kudos to laquinta for not succumb to those extortion practices!.
