We had a wonderful stay here. The breakfast was great, room comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the extra pool and beach towels they provided. *If the listing still says there is a poolside restaurant and beach loungers -this is incorrect and something the hotels has been trying to get Expedia to take down. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price.

This place is a hidden GEM in Cocoa Beach! Ot was our first time staying here, booked it on a whim for just one night at the beach. We got in town early and they held our bags for us so we could go shopping and hang out on the beach until our room was ready. The room was clean, with a great view of the beach. Acces to the beach

This is a very nice hotel and the beach view from the balcony is incredible. Check in was easy and the elevator and ice station are nicely located. Only issues I had were hot water in the shower was not hot when I attempted to shower. I think it was just the demand as I tried it the next morning and it was hot then, just not when I wanted it. The other thing was a light that flashed in the smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm. It flashed a couple times a minute and was distracting when first trying to sleep. Other than that everything was very nice.

Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made sure we knew about the breakfast the next morning which was great! It was a 1 night stay after a cruise and really didn’t use the pool. Beach view nice but the pier nearby was not friendly. Would not even allow a water bottle on our walk.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and were able to travel to NASA and Orlando easily. The hotel is in a great location with easy beach access. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at La Quinta was excellent! The facility is clean, staff is friendly, ocean view is terrific, and proximity to restaurants and shops is perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and updated. Breakfast was also really great, especially enjoying it outside near the waterfall and in the shade. We will certainly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Cape Canaveral.

This location was ideal for beach access near the pier. Despite the last-minute booking, everything was arranged smoothly. The staff was helpful and friendly. While the ground level doesn't offer a beach or ocean view, it provided quick access. Some furnishings were outdated and aged, but they were sufficient and caused no issues for our family. We plan to return in the future and will definitely choose this place again.

Our stay was a last minute find on Expedia, and was very impressed with our stay. The room was clean and enjoyable. We stayed one night before our cruise and was very close to the port. We even said it would be a good place to come back and stay longer.

A delightfully easy, no nonsense escape on a sandy beach, right next to a pier with a tiki bar! How convenient! The staff is all lovely, kind, and helpful. The facilities are clean and adequate. You can turn off your brain, relax, and just have fun! An abundance of options for breakfast—scrambled eggs were perfect! Hard boiled eggs, too! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7 in lobby. Stop by and say hi to Martha, who has perfected the margarita at the poolside bar!
