I found this property had what I needed and is in convenient location. I had the smallest room with only a twin bed. There are five rooms in the building and they don't share a lot of common walls, so it was quiet. Has a small refrigerator that could get quickly filled up if all five rooms were occupied, but was fine for my stay. Bathroom is clean with a good shower. It's the only one for the five rooms but I only had to wait my last morning. Convenient off street parking. The wifi worked well. Kitchen only has a microwave for cooking. They provide a few dishes and utensils. The neighborhood is below average and building fits in with it, but overall this was a satisfactory stay.

Bad neighborhood, no blankets. Couldn't use bathroom, due to other guests. I would never stay again.

I didn't like that it being a shared bathroom wasn't listed but there were a clean sheets and a TV that worked in our room.

The place was okay, basic bed, clean sheets, tv was okay, but the place or area made me and my girl feel very uncomfortable. We could not stay relaxed, the was bunch of other people who were not giving us a good vibe. Plus the door wasn’t installed properly and u could see thru the crack.

There were some cockroaches in the room. There was not a blanket in the room, I asked for one, because the room was cold at night, but they said they didn’t have!

Ants on the beds, poor mattresses. Chickens everywhere making a racket the second the sun comes up. If you leave your towels outside your door, they don't get replaced. The grass needs cut. Clearly just a money maker for someone who doesn't give two sh's. No TV in the room, no plug sockets. It's essentially a shed.
