We had a comfortable & restful stay @ La Serena. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, cute decors in the room & waiting areas, walking distance to Morro rock. I’ll definitely recommend La Serena to friends and family.

Everything was great. Smooth check in. Smooth check out. Easy parking. Convenience to all the shops and restaurants is top tier, one of the only hotels in the area where the doors to your room are inside so it doesn’t feel like the motels around it. I will be back in two weeks. Thank you. Side note -only thing that was a little annoying was the person above me stomping around from 730pm-10pm (was not the hotels fault at all, still 5 stars! )

Kobe in front desk was really helpful and any local recommendation he gave us, we loved it. Thank you so much for pleasant stay. We arrived late and the front lobby was closed, but they left us detail instruction on getting our room keys. The room was big and clean. We even had a little corner view of Morrow Bay. Only couple blocks to Embarcadero. They have a complementary Tesla charger in their garage, which we appreciated a lot. We love Morro Bay and we definitely go back to this La Serena Inn.

I tend to use chain hotels when traveling because it used to be that you knew what you were going to get and non-chains were pretty hit and miss. La Serena was an amazing property, especially for the price. Everything was clean, in good working order, and in amazing shape. There were 4 of us and the double queen room was more than enough space for us. Plan on returning to Morro Bay for more than one night and we will definitely be staying at La Serena!

Very clean room as was the rest of the hotel. When we arrive around 5:30pm the wasn't anyone at the front desk. We waited around for around 15 minutes or so since nobody showed up we went into town for a while, The front desk clerk was there when we got back and was very pleasant and helpful. My only real complaint was that the WIFI was very slow. I ended up using my phone 's WIFI as the hotel one was too slow to watch You Tube videos on my tablet. Other than that would definitely stay there again when in the area

Location is great, walking to shops and the waterfront. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There’s a Tesla destination charger which is great. There was a car that hugged the charger for a day and staff couldn’t find out whose it was. I wish hotel had a sign for unplugging the car once the charging is done. Or apply a 4 hour limit.

Excellent stay! Besides the pitter -patter of the kiddos above us, it was a wonderful stay! Room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Close walk to everything - we loved it. Definitely recommend!
