Very cute boutique hotel in a gorgeous setting. Not a lot of tv options, but who is watching tv with the river just a short walk away. We always enjoy our stay, the beds are comfortable, food is a short walk across the street along with Sutter Street shopping. Close drive to Sacramento or to the Casinos, lots of great activities for families, couples or solo adventurers.

We loved the place, very quaint,charming. we really enjoyed the patio with a charcuterie and a few beverages! great spot! Although we wish the hotel would have had a shuttle to the FAMOUS 4TH OF JULY FOLSOM RODEO-- especially for Our 250th celebration. We ended up walking, luckily it was a nice evening. We would stay again,just have to plan ahead for transport to and from activities. Thank you!

This was a stopover trip between the Bay Area and Tahoe. We enjoyed ourselves in the limited time that we had there. The room was really nice and the best compliment I can say is that I slept through the night cleanly!

Wonderful outdoor sitting area with decorative lighting and charming gardens. There is an elevator in the building across the parking lot that takes one up to the historic old town.

The breakfast wasn't free, $21 for a limited buffet. The menu items were better. Everyone was so helpful. Very walkable location. Paddle boarding next to hotel, bike rentals, and cafes.

Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but this will always be our first choice.
