The employees here were very friendly and helpful. Besides that, the rooms were clean, and there is a very comfortable bed. The location was also excellent, also we had a nice happy hour in the wine bar. There were still 2 things I can say. The restroom door doesn't open directly into the bed, and the stairs here were really loud, so you could hear everyone coming and going there.

The apartment was clean and well-kept, with a great view from the window of the snow-covered mountains. The sheets are cool because they are so soft and high quality. And then, it was cozy, plus the employees, named Savannah Carla, were helpful and friendly.

As part of our christmas experiences, I reserved a room at this hotel. We were hoping to find a cozy, nice place like the pictures. We eventually found a room that looked more like a motel room for 300 dollars! I hope this experience is forgotten, but it's not a happy memory at all.
