Had a blast! My son loved the playground and eating dinner outside on the patio. The food was great and he especially loved the Legos at the pool!

Family friendly environment. The rooms were well decorated and my 2 year old loved it. Breakfast was good. You have to wait to be seated and you get served a platter, upon request, you can receive more food. You are also able to place to go order. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I look forward to returning soon.

This was such a wonderful place for families! I had always heard good things from friends, and it lived up to the positive reputation. I loved the park and the resort, and hope to return soon.

The only recommendation is to inform better the employees about ticket information. We have left our tickets on the table after breakfast and went back ask multiple people if they saw and envelope left on the table and no one did. I also call the phone number on the key card and no one was able to help. Then we decided to go back to the park and buy new tickets and when we told the attendant that we lost the tickets, she look in the computer by our name and was able to find them, checked that they were not use and issue the tickets. Any employee should be able at least to recommend to check at the ticket booth. We spend over and hour going back and forward between the hotel (beach retreat) and the park to find out that they can look up the tickets on the computer. Also the tickets were on a envelope the person cleaning up the table Should have given it to a manager or someone else.

I loved the front porch and the playgrounds right outside of the rooms. This was the most family friendly place we've ever stayed.

I loved that this property was so family friendly. My kids loved how “on-theme” it was. Lego everywhere! They even got a free small Lego set on their pillows upon checking in. The pool was great, with a fire pit and you could purchase smores kits for nighttime at the fire pit. It felt very safe as well as quiet. Families all around us, but it never got loud. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
