The staff was friendly and always provided us with the best care during our stay. The service at the valet was really good. There were also many new additions that were very kind. The housekeeping and the other facilities were not that great. The atmosphere in the center is so cozy. The location is a bit around 4. 5 years ago. When a renovation has been done to our current home, we thought there was no better option than returning to our old home and staying an extended time at level. I'm very satisfied with this place.

When I returned to la, I will undoubtedly stay here. I spent the most wonderful week in downtown La. It was clear that my stay would be wonderful in the grand entrance! On my way to check in, the valet drivers even welcomed me. Even though it was my first time lodging at Level in LA, I was greeted by dear, who seemed very glad to see me, which made me feel like I was a regular visitor. She gave me everything I needed to know about my visit, as well as suggestions for some new restaurants in Dla that I had not been to La in a while. After traveling, the lifts were only a short distance from the reception desk, which was wonderful. To get to the elevators, like most hotels, you must travel across a huge lobby. My accommodation was extravagant! The kitchen's paneled appliances gave me the impression that I was in a condo building, the floor to ceiling windows have view of downtown LA, there is excellent lighting throughout the apartment, and there is a nice balcony that you rarely see in most hotels. I will say that I sat there every morning to enjoy the views, and the bed seemed like magic which I had trouble leaving and had unintentionally checked out a little late, sorry! Thank you, Maria, for giving me an extra hour to enjoy the space on Saturday mornings, it was so kind and thoughtful! The

I came to La last week, and I had the best experience at Level in the heart of La! The grand entrance was the first sign that my stay would be wonderful! On my way to check in at the motel, the valet guys even greeted me. Even though this was my first visit to Level in La, I was met by precious, who seemed to be genuinely happy to see me, which made me feel like a regular visitor. She explained everything I needed to know for my stay and pointed out a few new restaurants in La that I wasn't aware had opened as I hadn't been back to La in a while. The elevators were only a few steps from the front desk, which is great after traveling because you have to cross a huge foyer to reach them like most hotels. My room was lavish! I feel like I was staying in a condo building, a floortoceiling window with views of downtown LA, excellent lighting throughout the apartment, and natural light from the windows, a spacious balcony that most hotels rarely have, I'll confess that I sat out there every morning to take in the views, and the bed seemed magical, which was hard for me to move out and unintentionally, sorry! Exactly five years ago, my husband and I lived at level i. Olive it. Since recently there were some renovations taking place to our existing home, we assumed there was no better alternative to staying longer at level with our previous home. We were curious as to how the customer care and experience would be years later. There are many familiar faces still on the staff, and some helpful new additions, who were warm to us and welcomed us back, and took the finest care of us throughout our entire stay. You can expect daily housekeeping and all of the services to be up to par. The valet is always excellent and prompt, being very useful when your hands are full from a grocery run or loading your luggage. Due to the excellent service and personnel, we would not choose to stay elsewhere while staying in downtown. Highly recommended for a weekend date in the city to experience dla or a family-friendly poolside poolside.
