The property was very cute and clean. More than enough room for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. We experienced a bit of a hiccup at check in because we never got sent the pin for the key pad to get into room, but 1 easy phone call to number listed on booking site and it was resolved in 5min. The location staff members were very sweet and came and checked that we were all set up with everything we might need. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Very satisfied over all 😌

Super nice little cabin. Nice and clean. Owners very responsive to questions. If you are traveling in the Texas Panhandle and need to overnight somewhere; these are great.

Great stay! Perfect location to stay after the Cowboy Christmas Ball in Anson! Cabins were clean, modern, and quiet! Will definitely consider staying again!

It was a bit difficult to find after dark due to the lack of street lighting,and many "streets" appear to be alleys. The unit itself was GREAT. Spotless. The bed was comfy. Satellite TV and wifi were both good. Parking was easy, but again, lighting would have made it easier as we were backing a trailer into the spot.

Quaint little space that was clean and welcoming. There was coffee, snacks and water bottles in our room. We liked having a fridge, microwave and basic amenities to wash dishes if needed.

This is definitely the place to stay if you are in Hamlin. Had to come here for work and found this quaint little place right outside of town. Easy checkin with a code they sent to my phone. Everything was clean and looks to be a newer place. Had a small fridge, coffee pot with 2 pods and a bottle of water. Mini split in the room kept it very cool. Great place to get some rest on my travels for work.

The staff is great and if you show up before 3pm for check in. They will let you know if the room is ready earlier. Very nice people. Worth paying more then paying for hotel in Sweetwater.

I like you had your own room and was very quiet. A place where you eat or put stuff in the fridge and could do laundry if you wanted to.
