Loved the two days we spent here. Very good home-cooked breakfast, nice rustic cozy room with fireplace, two person jacuzzi. Just a very nice overall experience. The host is very friendly and informative.

We had such a delightful day at the little fair Inn. Breakfast was fantastic and the property grounds were beautiful. It was so nice to just sit and enjoy looking at all the flowers, the pond, and enjoying the swings. Our house were absolutely fantastic and very attentive to our needs.

Jim & Jill are wonderful hosts! From being greeted upon arrival to the moment we left, it was a great Bed & Breakfast experience! They are so welcoming, fun, & kind! We will definitely be back!!! Everything was great!

Such a quaint place. Very peaceful. Our 1st “INN” stay. Jim was great. Greeted us out front and was very helpful in getting us familiar the property. Room was delightful. Very homey feel. Felt very safe and secure also. Breakfast made by Jim the next morning was top notch. All in all we will definitely stay there again when we visit Nashville the next time.

The rooms were very clean, it was in a beautiful wooded setting and the staff were very accomodating greeting us when we arrived. Rooms were small but adequate.

I had an amazing time here! Jim was super nice and welcoming. The check in process was simple and the property was beautiful and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best home cooked meals I’ve had in years. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Breakfast, “homemade”, was included but unfortunately my mom and I had to be at my son’s wedding venue before 9:00 which is when breakfast was served! Property was definitely “pet friendly” as we ran into our “friendly doggy neighbors” which was an added bonus!! Property Owner “Jim” was very nice & helpful and made us feel at home!! We will definitely be going back!!

This place is really different. I can see how some will love and others maybe not. It was all super clean, the host is amazing. It is quaint and comfortable. I will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Our room looked out at the woods so it was great for the fall foliage. Jim was a great host. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend checking this place out

We were greeted on time by the owner. He was very welcoming and very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. We enjoyed the quiet, wooded surroundings of the location. The room was quaint and clean. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Jim and his wife were very warm and hospitable. The room was beautiful and seasonly decorated. We had an amazing view from our room. As someone who is vegan, they were very accommodating to my diet with breakfast and also wished my husband a Happy Birthday.

This is a B&B not an Inn. An old house conversion in the woods which was a great location. I prefer being able to control the temperature in my space due to heat sensitivity. Breakfast is served only at 9 AM. We woke up early and needed to leave at 8:30 a.m. We got coffee, but nothing to eat. I would’ve been happy with some toast, boiled eggs, and yogurt. The breakfast time was nonnegotiable. I guess I need a little more flexibility and control of my time and space.
