VERY new property. I believe we were the very 1st ones in our room so that was a nice surprise. Everything was extremely clean, and staff was amazing.Stayed here for our daughters recital close by, will be rebooking this hotel next year !

This place is very new, so natually it avoids things that you might encounter at properties that have been around for 20 years. The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated certain details of the room, like the dimmable lights. My two quibbles were, 1) my bath towel was super linty, ironically I think it was so new that maybe it hadn't even been washed yet but it left fuzz all over me, and 2) the workout room temperature was a little warm. Admittedly I never got around to asking for help for either so that's on me and I don't hold either against the property. Just something for them and other guests to be aware of. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The unfortunate reality was they had a water issue that left us without water for several hours. I know that somethings are out of their control but was an inconvenience for sure.

Very nice newer property. Staff very accomodating, and friendly. We are senior citizens and my only complaint is that the common doors are very heavy and hard to navigate. It definitely wasn't built with seniors in mind. I did not ask for a handicapped room, which i should have done, as the step into the tub is too deep for my husband, with Parkinson's to navigate. But I'd definitely stay here again..

The kiosk check in process was super easy since we arrived late. We had no issues accessing our room. The room was new, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy! The only “issue” was the floor was not swept very well and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would stay again!

This a very clean hotel and new, but it is bare bones as far as amenities. While it has a full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop there are no cooking utensils, cookware, coffee pot or toaster. There is not even a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The property is not luxurious if that's what you are looking for but they accept cats and that was our main reason for choosing to stay there for a few days. The beds were not the greatest and the sheets were cheap. Had a hard time regulating the air in the room - either too warm or too cold. Maintenance guy was great though. He fixed all the outlets and fridge that wasn't working. On the last day of our stay, a cover for one of the recessed lights fell from the ceiling. The hotel opened only 3 months ago at the time of this review. It shouldn't have so many issues already. In my opinion, a big mistake when building this hotel is no electric slide open doors when entering the lobby and guest rooms hallway. It was a nuisance trying to juggle opening 3 sets of doors while using their luggage cart! The TV was a nice size but not a great selection of channels to watch.
