Smallish room, but perfect for what I needed - a quick, cold staycation. Will stay again.

Our stay was very relaxing! The interior design was beautiful, everything was clean, the bed and couch were very comfortable and we had plenty of space.

Really loved the layout we had a couple and a single person who had our own rooms within the room, the clean simplicity was comfortable, for the price it was a lot of amenities and we liked being able to come and go as we pleased with just our codes. There was an attendant that introduced themselves and the property was very responsive when messaging through the Expedia app throughout our stay. To top it off the bathroom soaps/shampoos etc smelled amazing. I forgot to pack enough clean undergarments for the whole trip as it ended up being over 95 degrees out and it was a lifesaver to have access to our own washer/dryer combo. It was also a short walk from the train station and near some good food. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

The first Luggage storage locker I tried had a broken door. One of the main lights in the apartment was burnt out. Otherwise, great spot for overnight stay in the Loop. Clean and comfortable! Nothing fancy, but all the amenities needed to travel light were available. Two blocks from Union Station made the location perfect and walkable to local restaurants.I will absolutely stay again!

This apartment was everything that I needed. Had all available appliances and necessities to have dinner late night. location was perfect. The apartment is secured and safe. Lockers are available after checkout to not have to lug around your belongings before leaving the city

I had some issues with the check in. It’s more getting used to doing it differently without a receptionist. Once I got the information I needed all good. I would recommend the hotel use the messaging in hotels.com instead of attachments. I had to ask to resend as I usually could not open the first one. I would get an error message. I loved the set up super helpful as I’m out on a 3 week travel journey. Thank you

bring an empty for their body wash line. workably, quite clean studio. kitchen and washer/dryer stocked with cleaning supplies. baseboards could use love as AC register over bed. dusty floors, lampshades. cozy firm bed, good water pressure and heat in shower. authentic cityscapes. big tv clean surfaces, mirrors, remote. *a few peaceful yet curious unhoused neighbors. - a great stay.

I was surprised at how nice these rooms are. It is more like a condo building and less of a "hotel" LIVN staff member was in site when I arrived and very helpful. Location was perfect and near West Loop activities.

100% recommend this place. It was clean, safe, and in a good location. It had everything we needed, and the kitchenette was a nice addition. Check in/out was a breeze and the luggage lockers for early/late arrivals was a plus!

Nice location next to Union Station. The property is a good value for the size and comfort of the room. I will stay here on all future Chicago visits. The rooms tend to be noisy because brick lets sound through pretty easily.
