Great place to stay for the money! Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was very accommodating. My only "con" was that there isn't a coffee maker in the room, however there is one in the office if needed. We will stay here again

Room was clean. Everything worked. We had a kitchen so made use of the refrigerator & microwave. Taco Bell & Valero was 900’ away. Parking was free & easy to park by our room. Victor was helpful but did not know about local fishing. Motel was close to river fishing. A/C worked great. The bedding was casual but clean. I rested well but my husband said the bed hurt his back. Will go back because of the amenities. We liked the kitchen. There were no pots & pans but we did cook. Shower was fine & it had a tub but we left early to go fishing. Sheets were not “high end” but clean. No bugs seen & I am picky about that. I would give it an A- just because no local fishing knowledge. Had to go back for WiFi password.

I scored low on amenities only because there aren’t any. It is a modest motel. But it is nice, clean, with a helpful and friendly staff.

This is always my go to stay when visiting Enchanted Rock, Inks Lake and the Llano/Burnet area. The owners are very nice and always welcoming every time I come down to explore. The rooms are perfect for somewhere pleasant, safe, clean, convenient to everything and all the amenities that you need without breaking the bank and another plus is that? Cooper’s BBQ is right across the street. It’s nice to look forward to your stay along with the adventure and it’s like this every time.

First time staying for a night passing thru town. Good location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. And a great bbq place across the street. I will be back.

The room is great for a bed and shower., nothing fancy but met our needs. Be aware that they only have rocu tv....no cable. You do get to park by your door and the bed was comfortable.

Parking easy. Air conditioner worked very well. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on.

Llano motel is our usual place to stay whenever we go to Llano. Very clean motel. The hosts are very friendly. Some very good restaurants are near the motel. I highly recommend this place.
