Upon arrival the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. With no delay I was in my room which was beyond clean!!! And very spacious I may add!!! I go on these “for the fun of it” trips often and this was by far the easiest concerning the TV. They had a poster guide in the room and the TV and remote made it so simple to look up shows. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will be back!!!!

The property looks clean overall. Try using the laundry room but there’s only one dryer and one washing machine so you have to wait hrs to be able to use it, although I appreciate the fact that they actually have a laundry-room instead of having to go to the laundromat. It could use some cleaning as I walked in there it looked like it hadn’t been clean for a long time. Staff very helpful. I asked for the microwave to be replace as it was burned inside and the manager immediately replaced it with a new one. Again, overall, the property is clean. Staff is attentive, caring, and quick to respond to resolve any issues.

Everything was fine except for the stained towels and the remote control did not work properly. The back kept falling off even though they tried to keep it together with tape. But... the owners are great and very polite so we will stay there again. Great customer service goes a long way. I didn't complain about anything but I'm sure they would had replaced the remote and given me different towels. Good thing I always pack our own.

Easy to find. Lots of parking. Remodeled rooms were beautiful and clean. New beds were comfortable. Located close to restaurants. Love the color of the accent walls I had to take a photo as I'm looking for a color in the half bathroom.
