From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. Arthur at the Concierge Desk provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city, while Rosalie at the Front Desk went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Burman at the Valet Desk greeted guests each day with a friendly smile and outstanding service. The rooms were modern, stylish, and luxurious, and the waterfront views were simply breathtaking. The dining experience was equally impressive, with outstanding food throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning in the future.

Staff were amazing & very accommodating. Room was clean & very quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Arthur at concierge was very informative & gave us great recommendations for our trip. He provided us a shuttle ride to the aquarium. We loved our visit.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and have told all our friends how enjoyable our stay was.

This was without a doubt the COOLEST hotel I've ever stayed at..... Perfect mix of classic popular and grandure mixed with modern feel and cool styling. Amazing view, aesthetic and immaculate attention to comfort and detail. I will absolutely stay here again!!

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und sehr guter Küche. Besonders Antoine von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ohne ihn wäre uns ein Besuch im Jazzclub nicht möglich gewesen. Danke nochmals dafür!

Valet greeted us upon arrival. Took the elevator to the reception desk and everything looked so beautifully curated. Complimentary beverages and all. The staff was very nice and attentive! The decor throughout the hotel was amazing. The room was super clean and had so many toiletries that I’ve never seen in other hotels! The room we stayed in was gorgeous, mirrors on every wall, doors too! It made the space look and feel larger! The food was good. We recommend staying here for any occasion!
