De kamer was in orde, maar misschien wat aan de verouderde kant. De badkamer kan een update gebruiken en nieuwe verlichting. Al bij al een mooie kamer. Ruim. Meer last van de buren, die de hond meehadden en deze de hele tijd zijn behoefte lieten doen op hun terras. Dat gaf wel geurhinder.. Het hotel zelf is prachtig en netjes. Het heeft een zeer levendige sfeer en enkele zeer goede restaurants, zoals bijvoorbeeld A.Y.C.E.. Het zwembad, van beide gedeeltes trouwens, is prachtig, gezellig en zeer mooi onderhouden.

I will be definitely booking another trip to come back The property was very very clean and respectful only thing I wish was that it had extra toilet paper garbage bags I only had one garbage bag in the whole apartment for 3 days one roll of toilet tissue other than that this was an amazing stay and I can't wait to come back

I chose to stay at the Palms because it’s conveniently located off the Strip, which meant no extra parking fees which is a rare perk in Vegas. My suite felt more like a private, modern condo than a typical hotel room. It had been recently renovated, with sleek finishes, a clean and spacious layout, and even a private kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of the things I loved most was the peaceful vibe. There are no slot machines or gambling noise in the main lobby, giving the resort a calm, upscale atmosphere. But if I wanted to play, the casino was just steps away through a private tunnel conveniently close. The Palms also had enough great restaurants that I never had to leave the resort for a good meal. I played a few rounds of video roulette and had a great time. My wife worked comfortably from the suite, thanks to a dedicated desk and a beautiful view, while I stepped out to visit a family member in the hospital. Overall, I loved the feeling of being slightly removed from the chaos of the Strip while still having access to all the Las Vegas excitement. Between the comfort, modern amenities, and convenience, I’d absolutely stay at the Palms again.

Stayed on the 50th floor with balcony so was at a high point compared to all the other buildings in Las Vegas. Room was excellent to stay in for a few days.

We had an amazing stay thank you. The only complaint we had was 2 things in our room like the bathroom sink and the toilet being a slow flush. We tried calling front desk 2 times and no answer. We dealt with it didn't really bother us just wanted to let you guys know about them. Other than that it was amazing

The suite was VERY nice and clean with a nice view of Las Vegas and its hotels. Only small complaints are: the bathroom sink was over flowing and backing up when suite next door was using their sink. The suite telephone was not working and we were not able to use it to call for assistance. The safe was low on battery so we couldn't use it either. Other than the suite itself was very nice and pleasant to stay in. As for employees there, some were not so pleasant. Not rude but not friendly of helpful. Front desk girl Natasha Lucero was not happy to assist, did not acknowledge our presence for a bit and when she finally did she did not even look at us. For a place like Palms Place one expects high expectations from employees. One bell boy named Messiah (hope i spelled that right) was very helpful not only to me and my wife but as we sat in the lobby we watched him greet, smile and assisted everyone walking through.

The suite was very, very nice and had a small kitchen area. I was a little confused about the two 'fridges' until I realized that the top one used to be one of those pay for what you use. The bed was comfortable but was showing some wear. The nightstand light didn't work until I pulled it away from the bed and found the plug. The balcony was a great surprise but could have used a couple of chairs. Several of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The shower had a handheld shower head and a rain showerhead coming from the ceiling which looked really cool. Unfortunately, the rain showerhead only delivered cold water, not good. There was a jetted soaking tub that I did not use.
