It was an awesome experience. The staff was really helpful. We loved our stay here. We will definitely be back. The staff at the coffe shop was outstanding.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved how lively the cafe downstairs was in the morning (and complimentary coffee was much appreciated!) plus the patio space when it was nice out. Room was spacious, with really nice bathroom and toiletries. We were able to hear some noise from hallways but it wasn't a big problem. My one complaint was that the pillows weren't that comfortable but otherwise all was good with rooms. Location: pretty good, though you may have to walk a little to some subway lines.

Very chic hotel in a great location! It’s very centrally located to a lot of the main tourist attractions and it’s easy to hop on the subway. We also loved the coffee from the cafe in the lobby!

Clean, quiet, excellent location. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was a nice amenity . Provided a clothing steamer in room at check-in was very much appreciated.

Absolutely loved all the plants and how cozy it was. The staff were all so friendly, and we really loved the free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate and evening happy hour! The location was perfect, it was quiet but still so near the action. Would definitely return!

The hotel is super well located and my room was very quiet. Room was well-designed and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. My only issue was there is no gym and the desk staff told me they don’t have a partnership with a nearby gym to do day passes. He didn't even have any recommendations for me. Overall though, I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooftop bar was great, be mindful it’s not open in the evenings. The check-in was smooth and efficient and everything was explained well. The hotel offers free coffee to guests but there is a coffee shop in the reception for pastries and speciality coffees.

Very cool property. Nice to be surrounded by plants and other natural materials in the middle of NYC. Not a lot of space for personal items in the rooms but that was the only downside. Otherwise, great location, wonderful staff.
