Great location, clean, quiet - we had a room in the back. Breakfast is very basic just to keep us going, but that was expected. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the deluxe king room. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Some basic maintenance is needed, grout replaced etc., but really not a big deal. The area is beautiful and outdoors very well maintained. Only complaint was there being no remote for the fireplace, so we couldn’t utilize it. Great stay overall. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed for only 1 night, quiet, clean, comfortable room, didn't stay for the breakfast. Easy to find and close to highway, good for us as we're just passing through.

Beautiful property and found out Elk wander to the grassy area in front of the office.howeher missed them this time. Front office staff shared a video which was amazing.

Elk came to our window to eat from the landscape! Nicely kept, mountain feel. Queen deluxe room had a beautiful fireplace, was set back in the property for nice seclusion, friendly staff (everyone in Payson was friendly!)

Love the property and the big pine trees. Don't care for the coffee. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Quiet night. Lots of mosquitos outside and some managed to get into our room. Otherwise it was a very nice experience.

Our room was very clean. Air conditioning worked great. I got the luxury king suite. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The second day around sunrise, stepping out onto the back patio we were greeted by two very large elk. Definitely a highlight of our stay. My only complaint was the breakfast. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and some other juices besides orange juice. The eggs and sausage were horrible 😫. They did have oatmeal packets which would be better if you would have had toppings like raisins brown sugar granola, etc. For a pricey Inn they need to improve the breakfast.

This is an older property so there are some minor things showing age but the room was clean, nice clean pool, breakfast was OK, and the staff is friendly, personable, very helpful, the 2 we dealt with were wonderful and deserve 5 big stars!!!
