stayed here for five nights while attending a conference at a different hotel. The hotel was adorable and entertaining! The rooftop bar was lovely, with great views and drinks. On the weekends, it was really noisy. We were on the third floor and could hear the music and bass. Because music doesn't bother me, I didn't find it difficult to sleep. It was a mother-size room, but it was perfect for one person. The bed was extremely comfy, and there was a limited space for putting clothes away. There are many restaurants close by and it is quite simple for people to pick you up. I would undoubtedly return to this hotel. The staff was fantastic, and the hotel was extremely secure.

What can I say about Mama Shelter La? A lovely rooftop bar, just located away from Hollywood Boulevard, is a chic motel with fantastic accommodations, a funky vibe, and great rooms. Youll be misled if you assume that you'll receive VIP or nice treatment at the rooftop bar by staying at this hotel. The rooftop bar's carmen tend to have low attitudes and are extremely unpleasant to visitors. At the bar, one particular bartender had a bad attitude, was rude, and obnoxious, and completely ignored me while I was waiting to be served. He was more interested in serving the locals who frequently visit the rooftop bar than paying guests at the motel. The hotel's happy hour is served only at the downstairs bar, not the rooftop. Despite specifically requesting the downstairs bar staff and being informed that it is on the rooftop as well as for residents, the bartender with an attitude told me that he knew better than I did and had worked there for seven years! Only presenting your paper card will receive a 15-cent discount for food for guests. Your room key appears to be sufficient proof of residence. Excellent hotel, but some men with an attitude and poor service..

I felt the hotel was not clean, but I still liked the staff and the hotel were stylish. I had a nice rooftop bar with a good a la carte breakfast downstairs. On the downside, the rooftop bar was loud, and you could hear everything in your room till late. Not worth the price.

This hotel was situated on a main floor. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff that serve excellent salt pepper shrimp. In terms of service, it was fantastic, and it was a pleasant experience. The personnel was helpful. All the staff was very clean and helpful, as was the room. The rooms were enormous. However, the chrome cast wasn't working properly and there were no free movies. The coffeekettle was also unavailable on the main floor but there was no iron, ironing board, or closet on the main floor.
