I will definitely return! I have been coming to Mammoth for over 20 years, and this was my first stay at Mammoth Mountain Inn, and I was nervous based on some of the unfavorable evaluations. There was no reason for me to be worried because everything was excellent. Over the past 20 years, I seem to have stayed in nearly every hotel in Mammoth, and this is better than most. The restaurant bar was fantastic, there is an outdoor heated pool with a mountain view, three jetted hot tubs, free parking, excellent access to lifts and gondolas, and you can bring your pets. Sure, the bathrooms could be updated, but like I said, they are on par with the rest of Mammoth hotels.

I will come back. I got first-rate customer service from the customer care assistant, Emilia, and from the front office manager, Tanner. They both went above and beyond their job requirements to assist with a situational issue with the reservation. Emilia was kind, helpful, and polite. Tanner was also very kind, understanding, results oriented and really a priority for his customers. Very refreshing to have received such great customer care!.

The best staff ever! The week before christmas 2022, I spent at Mammoth. Although Mammoth Mountain Inn is a dated building, the staff delivers excellent customer service, which is why I gave them 5 stars! First of all, a huge shout tanner at the front desk I had booked the wrong room for the week before christmas, and he was able to switch us to a room with a kitchen despite the overbooked rooms, which made the difference for my family between a great vacation and a painful one. In addition, many, including Meredith and Brian, were fantastic at the front desk in handling any issues I had which I had a lot. The front desk always had a cheerful and understanding attitude and would do their best to resolve our many issues. Weston and Joe, the bellhops, were extremely helpful in moving our stuff, not just from our car to our room but also from room to room. Weston even had the idea to transfer our snowboards from one room to another after he helped move. In addition, they always have a positive attitude when checking our snowboards in and out, no matter how busy things get. The mountainside bar and grill served excellent food and quality service, especially if you didn't want to leave the place during inclement weather or was simply too exhausted. We have a large smile when we returned last night. The best customer service is provided. The best employees work at the Mammoth Mountain Inn. From kevin and scott at the reception desk to austin at the rental store. The bar staff of Vince and Alex are wonderful! No matter how busy they are, Andrew, Lucy, and the other valet guys are incredibly cordial and helpful. The manager, Tom, assisted me and my friend in meeting our reservations needs despite how busy they were. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you The front desk provided board games that gave us a wonderful family time opportunity when we had to stay in on one day due to a storm. Can't wait to return soon!.
