This is our second Margaritaville hotel/resort that we had visited, first was Compass in Flagger and know this in Jax. Same concept beach, summer, festive (Despite Compass is smaller and newer than the regular Margaritaville). Here in Jacksonville Beach you get a friendly and professional help or info, and also a big smile from the moment you leave your car in valet, at the check in counter, the cleaning staff and at the bars. A small flaw is that the menu in Land-shark is not up to date, also the shops do not sell the shampoos and soaps that are exquisite and unique...that push us to eat and drink outside the premises and to shop online, on the other side, this location is beach front and everything is steps away, places to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack) drink and souvenirs places (we didn’t moved our car in our 5 days stay) 100% recommended!

Everything was great. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a partial ocean view with a balcony and even though it was a partial ocean view it was still a great view. My only suggestion is that they provide a microwave for guests to use.

Direct ocean view and access. Good food in restaurant. Close to the fishing pier. We parked car and just enjoyed the beach for 4 days.

Unquestionably the best hotel I have every stayed at. Everything from the valet staff to the front desk team to housekeeping to the restaurant/bar was perfect! Management takes great pride in making sure the guests are comfortable and cleanliness and maintenance are second to none. I have stayed at this location about 7-8 times now and I will definitely be back.

I love the property. This was my second time visiting. The only thing that I didn’t like was when they cleaned the room they cut off the green light that’s the power to the refrigerator. My food and drinks were warm until I would come back in and cut the green switch back on

We stayed in an Ocean front King bed Room. It was very clean, the Ocean view was Excellent. The bed was extremely hard though! The balcony was Great for watching the sun rise every morning. Staff was friendly and it was nice having the Landmark restaurant in the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Margaritaville last week! The hotel was very clean, the drinks were excellent at the bar, and our room was quite large, cool, and comfortable. It was a short walk from the hotel to the beach which was gorgeous and everyone was so friendly. The location was perfect also for going to grab a bite and drinks at local restaurants. The only drawbacks were the wait for an elevator and the small size pool. It was as if they forgot to plan for a pool and did it at the last minute. I suggest you take your own beach chairs so that you don’t need to pay to rent them each day. Also, the balcony was too small to even put a chair on to enjoy the “partial” view of the beach. If you go through the week, your stay is less expensive and the parking all around the beach is free.
