The staff was great both at check-in and the bar/restaurant area. Pool and spa were clean and enjoyable Room was clean as well. Highly recommend

Bar ran out of ingredients for their advertised drinks but staff was accommodating and made it up to us. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby and attractive grounds. Room was clean. A dog show was going on during our stay and we heard barking at night but otherwise all was nice and calm.

It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up. The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.

Convenient location,Clean and served its purpose. The beds were slightly uncomfortable and the bedding was odd however housekeeping seemed to be overwhelmed due to the events taking place in the surrounding areas(Sold out rooms). Overall enjoyed our stay, would consider staying again!

The stay was nice. The pillows were horrible flatter than a pancake. The breakfast buffet was good a fresh. Staff was very friendly. Noise level was always very high throughout most of the night.

Yes, we had breakfat at the Breakfest Bar. The food was fine and the service was very good. We provided a tip to the attendant for his good service and attitude. JJ

The elevator that would have made it easier to get to our room was out of order. They had the doors open with a trashcan in front of it and it isn’t look good. The side door to get into the hotel was unlocked, even at night. The room was fine. Small but clean. For what you pay though, the property could have been much better maintained.

Hotel website stated they had a breakfast buffet but it was not available. They were short staffed and it took forever to receive utensils, a menu, and never had Hot coffee. The staff made it known to everyone that they only had one cook and it would be over 45 minutes before you would receive your food. Management needs to do a better job at managing staffing needs when you are running a large hotel.

Arrived on a very busy Saturday to many guests sitting in the lobby with luggage. We were told housekeeping would not release rooms until 4pm. We waited for 1.5 hours from check-in in a line that wrapped through the lobby and out the front doors of the hotel. When we finally got to the desk I was told my room with two queens would still be a while but they could give me a room with one king bed. We were already late for the event we were scheduled to attend so I had to take the downgrade. An okay hotel with a nice location, but due to the inconvenience and absolute horrible management of a very busy day I will only stay here as a last resort. Really, really disappointing. Avoid if possible especially if you have a time constraints that will not allow you to spend your entire evening waiting to check in.

Couldn’t check in because of their policies. Almost made us late to our concert wasn’t able to check in until around midnight. Staff was extremely rude. Demanding refund

Our room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem because we brought food with us. The shower didn’t work so the maintenance guy had to come to our room and attempt to fix it. It actually fix it he needed to shut the water off and disassemble the unit so we couldn’t use the shower more than 1x before the problem came back. The heat vents rattled every time the heat cycles on which was often. The cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast option both days and we were charged for it. Overall it was not a good experience. We won’t be back.
