I took a short vacation at this hotel. It’s in a prime location. Beach is across the street. Beach is clean and nice. The hotel is close to many restaurants and has some on the premises. What I found to be convenient was the CVS store. Plus they had little food carts and stores which you get a cheap snack. The facility had everything there for you. It didn’t miss a beat. The hotel was great choice.

So, I have stayed here before and the first time I booked back in November I wasn't very happy with how I had no idea I wouldn't be able to use the balcony and I came there to relax and enjoy the hotel. I wanted a view of the ocean and to be able to have access to the balcony and it was completely blocked off. I mentioned it to the front desk and the man I spoke to was so incredibly rude to me. I almost didn't even book again. This time I actually really enjoyed my stay. The moment I walked in I was greeted and they even accommodated by giving me a room facing the water. It was facing the skyline and to be honest it was great! The gym is fantastic and easy to modify my exercises with what is available. The hot tub is amazing! The pool is warm/cool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but the only downside is they don't have room service. You have to order online and get it yourself. BUT It is also around a lot of restaurants, right on the water, has a steam room! so overall I was impressed this time. I'd stay here again.

This hotel was the perfect location, within walking distance to anything and everything we needed for a girls trip, but would be great for any family vacationor romantic getaway too. The hotel common areas and room were all extremely clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, answer questions , and communicate in advance by text (at least 1 day prior, sometimes 2 days)that specific areas or services would not be available for a specific period due to renovations. The room itself was immaculate, spacious and had more amenities than we expected: microwave, mini fridge/freezer, wine glasses, rock glasses, tall drinking glasses, silverware, dish soap & sponge, 2 packets of laundry detergent to do laundry downstairs, a full size 12 cup coffee maker, coffee mugs, coasters, beach/pool towels, plenty of bath towels, a ceiling fan, USB and regular outlets. The king bed was very comfortable. I slept on the pullout sofa, which was very firm, but still comfortable enough to get some good sleep for three nights. The area is great, right across the street from the beach, CVS next to the hotel, cafes, shops, bars and restaurants were literally steps away. I will definitely book this hotel again!

The room is very nice with a great ocean view . Getting out of the hotel and back in is kind of weird . The elevators are very slow . We had to take the back stairs to the parking garage to get to the outside and we didn’t really know where we were going .

The only complaint I have are the elevators, they need more. The check in was super easy, we got there six hours before check in and they had a room available it was great. When we checked out we could store our luggage and still use all the facilities for the day at no added cost. We will definitely be coming back!
