For the first time visiting Maui, this is a great location. I met a number of couples that have returned to the same location year after year, which is comforting. The on-site vacation management firm did an excellent job, and I felt quite secure. rented a one-bedroom condo which was well furnished overall. The downside was that the ac struggled and the cooler air did not get to the bedroom. The pools in the complex are tiny and more like dipping pools. We frequently visited the excellent beach directly across the street.

We will definitely stay here again when we visit Maui! We had various plans to travel to Hana, snorkel in Kaanapali, and shop in Wailing as we made the most of our time on the island. This is the perfect location to walk to the Kite market area for shopping, dining, and bars because we were all over the island during the day and in the evening. The neighborhood has a nice local scene with lots of community and friendly individuals everywhere. Very nice condo that is clean with everything we require. Beautiful view of the ocean right outside! Cross the street and you're on the beach! We prepared a lot of meals and had everything needed. We utilized the beach chairs and boogie boards as well as the coolers that were provided in the unit. A tremendous added bonus was the availability of hot water for the showers! The main level bedroom stayed nice and cool with the fan and ac on at night. The upstairs loft was a little warmer as there was no door to close to keep cool. While we were away, we made sure to draw the curtains, and when we got home in the evening, it was very easy to cool back down. We had the ceiling fan on, and the central air conditioning system in the major area functions flawlessly. Rentals maui provided fantastic customer service, and they went above and beyond to make sure this transition was smooth and trouble-free. When

We'd definitely return to this location. Traveling with a large group to our son's wedding, we stayed in unit 3420. It slept six people in this apartment. It had two full bathrooms and was perfectly arranged, making it perfect for anyone who was attempting to get ready for the wedding day. The unit was spotlessly cleaned. The dishwasher wasn't working and there was no plug for the sink, making washing dishes rather difficult. I called about getting a plug, but no one came to us or responded. There could have been a few more fundamental elements like salt and pepper, etc., but it was not a major problem. Although some of the other apartment my friends stayed in had coolers and chairs to take to the beach, none of ours did. Again, this is not a big deal. The grounds surrounding the facility are wellkept, with pools for each building. The bed area was kept immaculate. The fact that there was almost no seating area close to the boys to eat was the sole drawback. All around this facility and condo is a lovely facility.

This place is ideal. Charley Young Beach is just a short walk from our apartment. There are many restaurants and amazing things to do in the area. We stayed on the top floor, so the view of the beach was amazing.

A pleasant queen bed with pillow pulls. Beautiful or, kitchen bath. Large closet with plenty of hangers. The bedroom jealousies window faces a lighted shared walkway which can be noisy even at night! And makes it hard to sleep with blackout curtains and guests have to clean the shower walls, glass door, and tile floor after each use.
