Located in a great area, steps from the state capitol and a 10-minute walk to downtown. Had a problem with some leaks during a rainy time, never had anyone come help out with it but was told I would. Overall, it's a good place to stay - heated bathroom floors were amazing. Decent bed. The beeping to get in and out of the building and rooms is very loud, so if you're a light sleeper you will wake up every time someone comes or goes. Nothing that made me wish I hadn't stayed there, overall really great, just a few things could be done to make it an AMAZING place (which it has the potential to be)

Great spot for sure. Convenient and close to everything downtown. Very clean. Just be prepaid to put a deposit down for security. Make sure to read your email with communication for your passcode for keyless entry.

Personally liked the fact I could check in online. Made the whole process fast and easy. The only part I didn’t like was that people were not respectful of the quiet hours and no smoking policy.

My particular room was super tiny, but it was all i needed as a traveler going alone. I can see how others would be cramped in it however. Great location! Smack dab in the middle of all youd want in Boston!
