Mcmenamins offers contemporary rooms with spacious bathrooms, room service, fluffy terry cloth robes and towels, just like other higher-end hotels. However, mcmenamins is more than merely a lovely location to stay. I may not choose mcmenamins for a quick overnight stay. But as an excursion in and of itself, this is without a doubt the place to stay! Mcmenamins offers a fascinating and inventive world that is not only relaxing but takes you to another place, an adventure in and of itself that is a luxury that I find hard to express. The art, the theme throughout, the stories and references to music artists and songs, the headboard in my room, the soaking pool, all the food wherever you ate it, outdoor fireplaces, wood paneling, the warm feel, the atmosphere, and the people, both other guests and McMenamins staff. The list is endless. Plus it was incredibly quiet. I did not hear neighboring rooms, bathrooms, or even the public patio outside my building. All of this is right in the center of downtown bend.

The place was nice but the room was very poor, I don't know why I got a disabled room, it's only about the location and comfort, and they provided it right over the trash can, and that's when it gets noisy, and they also can't pick me up if I call them to dump my trash or get a recycling truck on Friday morning, then they will call me a day later, besides that the noise from the staff was really loud because they got so noisy and just complain about their time with the trash dump and other things, especially the fact that they also don't always lull me out, after that I always give a room for myself, even if it's just that I don't need the chair, even the comforts in the room are not good, even the bed and the bed are very comfortable and luxurious

The hotel is in a great location, with the city literally outside your door. A great place to spend the night in Bend. The staff was friendly. They provide a comfortable bathroom, bed, and room. The wifi was weak but not accessible from the front desk in our room. We also offered a breakfast package that worked out well. Its fascinating to stroll around the halls of each of the buildings to see how everything else looks and functions. It was very enjoyable.

It was my first visit to McMenamins in Bend. What a wonderful location. The personnel was excellent. My accommodation was wonderful. I had a drink and supper at the restaurant. Wonderful food! The personnel was incredibly kind. A movie theater and a large soaking pool are present. I was on business. My family and I are eager to return. McMenamins is a fantastic company. I've stayed at several of their other hotels. I always have a great time. Excellent job!.

Cool spot in Bend. We had been hoping to find a genuine Irish or British pub, but it was close enough. Beautiful building and outdoor area. Glad it is really dog friendly. Its nice that they have their own spirits and beer, but it would be nice to have some recognizable brands too. Irish stout was good but not great. Their whiskey left something to be desired and appeared quite watered down. The fish and chips were OK, heavy greasy breading and overcooked fish. The fries were brown, soggy, and oversalted. Sadly the best part was the cole slaw, which was thankfully delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. Its a place for the atmosphere, not the food, so I probably wont return.
