The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.

Room was clean and prepared very well for my Holiday visit. Staff was very courteous and helpful. All amenities were sufficient for my stay Bed was very comfortable and well made, temperature just right in room. Easy parking for my rental and and surrounding security was not an issue. Felt safe during my stay I will return soon....and recommend friends that's traveling to Milan Tennessee. I locked myself out of my room and was assisted promptly by the young female assistant working the evening shift to help me get in without any problem. Thanks! Microwave/ refrigerator was a plus for stay. Hot shower on a chilly winter night was very comforting 😌

The room was mostly clean, except there was food left in the microwave. It had a bit of mold on it so it must've been there for a while. I also kept finding a lot of long hairs in the bed (that I know for a fact were not mine since I have incredibly short hair). Other than that, I have no complaints. The room did its job of being a place to stay very well and the rest of it was pretty clean.

We were visiting family in the area and just needed a place to sleep basically. We were satisfied with our room. There were some really pretty flowers on the property.

Nice firm bed. The wifi was mostly unusable so if that is important to you ... . They really need to upgrade it for today's customers.

The room I reserved was supposed to be a non-smoking king suite with a jetted tub. This room did not have a jetted tub and the room smelled strongly of paint or something chemical. Room was on the back side of property, which felt unsafe. Hotel was in poor condition, but looked to be under renovation.

Holes in the walls, a serious fly problem, hard beds, thin sheets, thin walls, and evidently this hotel is the Friday night party hotel in the area for teens. Everything else is standard. Never again.

It is obvious this property is under renovation, and the new management is doing its best to have some rooms available while the only other hotel in the area has been closed. The pictures are beyond misleading. New paint has been slapped over old repairs. The pool was closed. There was no weather stripping under the door, no refrigerator or microwave., no WiFi or breakfast either. The bed was new but uncomfortable and made noise any time someone moved in it. The staff was nice, but there was little to offer in the way of amenities. My suggestion is to Stay 25 minutes away in Jackson.
