The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it on the roof deck, as well as the sangria or cucumber water in the afternoons. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both the tourist areas and the more quiet local spots. The room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Bedding was comfortable and the seating area was very cute. We loved this place and will certainly go back!

Mill Street in was an excellent property to stay. Centrally located in downtown newport offering a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the water. Incredibly clean and the staff was so friendly. We will stay here again.

Rooms were clean and modern, parking was great to have, roof deck was a great place to hang out.minor issue was the room fridge not working and bathroom door not latching. Staff was great and helpful. The free sangria every day was a nice touch.And the breakfast was excellent delivered right on are preset time every morning. Will absolutely stay here again

Nossa estadia foi absolutamente maravilhosa. Tudo impecável do início ao fim. Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e adoramos os mimos de boas-vindas. O hotel é extremamente charmoso, decoração linda, localização perfeita para explorar Newport a pé e o quarto era muito espaçoso, confortável e bem cuidado. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com produtos de qualidade e uma experiência muito agradável para começar o dia. Sem dúvida, foi o melhor hotel da nossa viagem, me hospedaria novamente sem pensar duas vezes e recomendo fortemente para quem visita Newport.

Great place to stay for centralized location. Easy walking to all the tourist activities. Our room was clean and comfortable, also quite large. No elevator but it wasn't an issue. Lovely staff.

Exceptional boutique hotel. Friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. Clean rooms, great amenities. Close to everything, walkable to Bowen’s wharf, quick bus to cliff walk. Highly recommend this cute quaint inn. It truly exceeded our expectations.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The little balcony did need to be swept and the cushions had definitely been out in the rain but I think that was due to it being in early May. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We definitely would stay again !!

Great location. But walls thin and hard to park. Breakfast is continental only, delivered to door with very limited selection of pastries, fruit, and boiled eggs only. Water is very soft, that’s a surprise!! The shower curtain needs adjustment on room 101 as it always spilled water on the floor no matter how we tried to shower as close to the wall possible. To the front desk during the midday, pls consider that 101 could hear your conversations. Otherwise. It was almost a perfect boutique hotel for a romantic getaway.

This was our third stay at the Mill Street Inn and it won’t be our last. It’s located a couple of blocks up from Thames Street . . . so close to the “action,” but those couple of blocks bring you to a quiet peaceful spot. One of the things we really like about the Mill Street Inn is having breakfast brought to our room every morning . . . Allows you to have a nice relaxing breakfast in your room before getting ready to go out enjoy Newport.

What an amazing stay. From start to finish, it was top notch. The check in was effortless and the gentleman was friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to all the attractions. We will definitely be back.
