Stayed on 4th floor. Good room. Had dinner at the hotel, it was really good. Waitress was very friendly and had a nice chat with her about the local area. Have stayed here a few times now, will stay again.

Me and my son had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Mizpah! The hotel and it's history is fascinating and the staff is amazing - especially Ms. Erica who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! Highly highly recommend staying at the Mizpah if you are anywhere even close to Tonopah!

Have stayed at the Mizpah numerous times in recent years on my way through the Nevada desert. The Mizpah is supposedly haunted, to the extent that I even met some bonafide ghost hunters there one time. Paired with the Belvada across the road, they are owned by the same proprietors and are both very well looked after. Mizpah takes the crown for me as it has a very good bar and restaurant which the Belvada lacks. Tonopah itself is worth a visit for its historical interest as a silver mining town in years gone by and has a fascinating mining museum right behind the Mizpah and even Area 51 is reachable if you are on the lookout for aliens.

This hotel was renovated in 2010-12 I believe. It’s a step back in time. Restaurant was delicious as well.

Unique historic property that takes you back in time 100+ years, to the glory days of the mining boom. Room was large and comfortable with modern amenities. Enjoyed old school dinner in the period dining room. Only suggestion would be to retrofit a few of the rooms with modern showers for guests with limited mobility. The claw foot bathtub/shower was difficult to use

Memorable stay in a well-maintained historic building. The ac rattled but nights are cool in Tonopah and so we simply turned it off for sleep. Tonopah is an interesting town. We used Tonopah as a resupply center after four nights camping in California and another six nights camping awaiting us in Great Basin Nat'l Park. Mizpah came through as a comfortable way-station as we traveled across Nevada.

The hotel is a restored, historic 1907 property. The room was clean, and nicely decorated in period correct furnishings. We weren't aware before we arrived that it's allegedly haunted too . It turned out to be one of the highlights of our 4,000+ mile trip.

I loved every minute of my stay at Mizpah. Great room, great lobby, great bar, and dining area. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel will be long remembered as a wonderful place to stay.
