We had a great stay in the presidential suite plenty of room for all! Staff was friendly and helpful and even offered us Margaritas while we are by the pool! Had a great stay would definitely book again.

This is a charming eclectic no frills motel. It is conveniently located with pool and hot tub. Most communication is through text. The staff are extremely nice and responsive! Bed and shower were great. Not a luxury spot but great value

Staff was accessible, friendly, and attentive. Excellent location near El Paseo. On it’s way to becoming a great place to stay.

The stay was very enjoyable and the staff are very accommodating. I think the general consensus was good vibes. This area of Palm Desert is the somewhat nicer downtown, though with slightly less character. Otherwise the food and people were all as enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Especially from Jessica. At the front desk she helped our family so much that we would absolutely return. Given the opportunity. Thank you so much for the perfect care and Kindness.

I love mid-century modern accommodations. I've stayed at the Paseo and other hotels, but I prefer the Mod. It was quiet and relaxing. My room was quite spacious with a nice kitchen and bedroom.

My family and I stayed in the presidential suite for one night. It was a very clean, spacious, and comfortable three-bedroom property. I recommend!

I booked this at the last minute to get away for Mother’s Day and was very pleasantly surprised! Very cool spot for the price! Close to shops and food on El Paseo. Staff was accommodating and very personable!

This was an interesting property. Pros- close to El Paseo Easy parking ( not covered ) Very clean, no damage or things that needed maintenance Pool was nice, had a few towels and raft available Rooms had kitchen area with coffee maker/ pods, fridge , some water and snacks bath products in the bathroom . Cons- nobody there to help . No contact phone number , nothing. We checked in Sunday and there was music playing , cocktails handed out and then we didn't see anyone until 10:59 am Monday and after that , nobody . We left Wednesday and saw one guy with a blower one day and the same guy mowing the lawn the next day. Cell service was spotty. No check out instructions were given , posted in the room or the office door. That would have been helpful along with a phone number . We had no kitchen trash can and no hair dryer , and nobody to contact. If you don't mind being alone on the property ; this is the place for you .

We loved our stay at the Mod! I would say the only thing we didn’t like is that our presidential suite was the first one when you walked in and we had about 6 different random people slide open our doors and walk in to our room. Maybe some signs should be placed to avoid that in the future… but overall a good stay.

Nice pool and ping pong table, bbq and coffee machine. #7 needs a table and chairs on the patio.

This is a very cute recently, remodeled property. Very convenient to everything wonderful in Palm Desert. I prefer a saltwater pool, but you can’t always have it all. Nice staff too!
