So peaceful! Loved my own private balcony for reading and watching the waves. Peggy the manager was very kind and helpful. Room was spotless. The beach wasn't crowded at all! So close to Newport for anything I needed. This was my second stay and I will keep returning!!! Thank you!

The cutest cozy space with the best view. Kitchen had a small stove/ oven to cook with. Bed and recliners were comfy. The property has a private stairwell down to the beach which is nice. Peggy helped us with check in/out and was a real gem. Looking forward to coming back!

Peggy was incredibly helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. A few days before my arrival, she sent me a text confirming our booking. The room was just as pictured, with an amazing and serene view.

Staff (Peggy) was very friendly and accommodating. Family and I used to come fairly often 25-30 years ago. Nice to see they have the same themed rooms. As always, being right on the ocean front, dealing with sand and TLC for the property is a constant job. I spent four nights there and really enjoyed myself. There was a time a number of years ago when they no longer allowed children. Not sure that is still the case, but would be worthwhile to check.

Clean room each decorated differently in beach town decor, right on the beach. I visited very early spring when it was cold and rainy but the room is warm and cozy with an electric fireplace and a door that gives out to your patio overlooking the beach and Pacific Ocean. Still enjoyed my hot coffee on the patio inspire of the weather. Nice staff, lots of restaurants close, and just simply a nice little coastal town. Already planning a trip back for the summer.

Was an easy check in! Even got a text a little early saying our room was ready! Pets are allowed but things were pretty quiet around there! Easy access to the beach, and an even better view from the balcony! Will be returning!
